Setup
Race
The optimal race for this Stamina Necromancer build is Imperial. Good alternative races would be Nord and Orc.
Bosmer and Redguard could also work well with this build but would be less effective.
Mundus
The mundus stone we are using on this build is The Serpent. This mundus will help us increase our Stamina Recovery by a good amount.
Mortality
We play this build as a vampire this patch, specifically on stage 3 of vampirism. This is mainly to benefit off the Undeath passive, as it’s damage reduction while we’re at low health is very over-powered.

We use Orzorga’s Tripe Trifle Pocket as this one food gives us the most Max Health & Stamina recovery we can get from any food buff, and we don’t need any additional stats from our food.
Potions
Essence of Immovability (made with Columbine, Dragonthorn & Wormwood) is the main type of potion we use on this build, to gain CC Immunity, Stamina Regeneration & Weapon Crit.
Poisons
We use Double DoT poisons on our back bar to apply some more damage to enemies we fight.
